Leap Bhakti Warrior Flow with Marni Task

Leap Bhakti Warrior Flow with  Marni Task

Date: Friday, July 17th
Time: 6-7:30pm
Investment: $44

A 90-minute Jivamukti-inspired practice designed to awaken strength, devotion, and inner clarity.

We begin with Bhakti, an elevated intention-setting and chanting practice to open the heart and align energy. From there, we move into The Magic 10, a simple yet powerful warm-up sequence that can also stand alone as a 10-minute daily practice when time is limited.

The journey continues with Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), standing postures, twists, balances, backbends, forward folds, hip openers, inversions, and concludes with meditation and a deeply restful Savasana, all infused with Indu Aromatherapy to support presence and healing throughout.

This class is both dynamic and devotional, blending physical practice with spiritual depth to reconnect you to your inner resilience and softness… the Spiritual Warrior within.

Optional Indu Aromatherapy trunk show available before and after class.

Bio Marni Task

In the early 90s, I began a deep dive into yoga, an internal excavation that revealed both light and shadow within me. Yoga became the container that helped me meet all of who I am: the peaceful, the messy, the bold, and the beautiful.

At Crunch Gym in NYC, I met Sharon Gannon, co-founder of the Jivamukti Yoga Method, and I was hooked from day one.

Raised in Cleveland as a “nice Jewish girl,” I’ve spent decades unwinding layers of inner guilt while learning to feel truly at home in my body through breath, movement, meditation, and mantra.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 30 years as an Advanced Certified Jivamukti & Anusara-Inspired teacher, with additional training in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and influences from Ashtanga, Power, and BowSpring. My classes blend alignment, creative sequencing, and deep self-inquiry.

To me, yoga is revelatory and it uncovers what’s hidden and reconnects us to our innate capacity for love, clarity, and wholeness: MarniTask.com

I also created Indu Aromatherapy, a mantra-infused line of products born from my teaching and devotion to healing presence: InduAromatherapy.com
