Leap Bhakti Warrior Flow with Marni Task

A 90-minute Jivamukti-inspired practice designed to awaken strength, devotion, and inner clarity.
We begin with Bhakti, an elevated intention-setting and chanting practice to open the heart and align energy. From there, we move into The Magic 10, a simple yet powerful warm-up sequence that can also stand alone as a 10-minute daily practice when time is limited.
The journey continues with Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), standing postures, twists, balances, backbends, forward folds, hip openers, inversions, and concludes with meditation and a deeply restful Savasana, all infused with Indu Aromatherapy to support presence and healing throughout.
This class is both dynamic and devotional, blending physical practice with spiritual depth to reconnect you to your inner resilience and softness… the Spiritual Warrior within.

Marni will be spending the entire day with us at Leap, beginning with an Indu Aromatherapy Trunk Show at 9:00 AM. Throughout the day, she’ll be assisting in each of our scheduled classes, incorporating her signature Indu aromatherapy products to create a unique and elevated practice experience. If you’ve never experienced a yoga class with hands-on assists and aromatherapy, this is a wonderful opportunity to discover how these thoughtful touches can help you feel more supported, grounded, and connected in your practice.
