Kyle Hollis Bio:
After 12 years in law enforcement, Kyle joined Google, where he has led global event and personal security operations. Seven years ago, he began his mindfulness journey and quickly experienced its benefits firsthand.
Kyle continues to deepen his practice through multi-day silent retreats and is currently completing a two-year teacher training program under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. His teaching style is direct, accessible, and grounded in a practical, gentle approach to mindfulness meditation.
