Living Yoga: A Journey Before and Beyond the Mat with Warehn
Date: Saturday, May 2nd
Time: 12:30 to 2:00 pm
Investment: $30 advance/$35 day of event
Instructor: Warehn
Description: Yoga was never just an exercise. Most yoga begins on the mat — but the real practice starts long before you arrive and continues long after you leave. This workshop explores the inner preparation and conscious living that form the true foundation of the ancient philosophy of yoga, as a complete way of living, not just moving.
About Warehn: After years of professional success in global tech and academia, Warehn found himself disconnected from personal fulfillment. Chronic stress and health challenges led him to explore mindfulness and movement—not just as tools for healing, but as gateways to deeper meaning. Since 2017, Warehn has immersed himself in these practices, attending silent mindfulness retreats lasting several weeks and maintaining a consistent movement practice. In 2022, Warehn began teaching to support others in cultivating mindfulness, physical vitality, and help reconnect with themselves. His approach is rooted in lived experience of moderation, self-observation, and strength—helping individuals to move through life with contentment, awareness, and resilience.
