Join Carissa and Holly at Leap’s first book club! This is a chance to read, reflect, and connect with other fellow seekers as you enrich your relationship with the heart of yoga. Each quarter we will have a new book and will meet two times for each book.

First meeting: Start reading and join us midway through the book for a check-in session where we can come together and discuss what we’ve read, learned, and applied;

Second meeting: A time to connect, reflect, and discuss key points of the book and practical applications.

What students will learn:

  • Integrating yogic concepts & modalities into our own lives and day-to-day experiences
  • Using reading & reflection as tools to help shape your yoga practice both on & off the mat
  • Exploring new ways of thinking as they relate to the diverse voices of others and applying that to our own awareness & understanding
