Chair yoga is one of the most gentle and relaxing forms of yoga and is suitable for all ages and abilities. As the name suggests we actually do yoga in the chair or use the chair as a balance when doing standing poses. Chair yoga allows unique adaptations of the regular asanas – or yoga poses – to provide a simple way of alignment and self-healing.
The benefits of chair yoga are abundant; not only does this assist with health and mobility but experienced yogis can utilize this at home or in the office as an extension to their regular practice.
