Overview:

Join Jacquelyn and Holly for an enchanting evening of renewal, restoration and healing. Enjoy a medley of modalities including Yin/Restorative asana, Pranayama, mudra, mantra, meditation, poetry, deep relaxation, and sound healing.

Our intention for this workshop is to create a space where you may find healing and restoration as well as experience awareness, presence, and peace. Be prepared to nurture yourself through these beautiful practices of self love and feel deeply connected to Mother Nature. In this journey, we will explore the layers of the physical and subtle bodies, allowing the body and mind to completely relax and let go.

Benefits of these practices include help with insomnia, stress, anxiety, PTSD, and other physical and mental health challenges. They also enhance creativity, spark intuition, improve focus and establish balance in the nervous system. Together, they bring harmony to the mind, body and spirit. May this SYMPHONY of healing modalities calm your mind, open your heart, and inspire your soul.
