Practice self massage to enhance the most underrated part of our circulatory system and explore yoga poses with the use of specific breathing techniques to improve the critical role your lymphatic system plays in preventing disease and keeping you healthy. Let this Lymphatic yoga flow series help to transform your lymph into a flowing, sparkling stream that cleans and drains the stagnant ponds of your body—strengthening your immune response and revitalizing your whole being along the way during the colder months of the year.

Lymphatic Flow is all about detox:

This practice is designed to unblock and enhance your lymphatic system in the entire body. Every practice involves a 15 minutes lymphatic self massage and a set of seated and supine poses each held for up to 2 minutes. Blood & lymph fluid circulation stimulating breathwork. Some core work and muscle contraction poses for the support of one directional lymph flow. The class always ends with the legs rising against a wall and a 6 minutes guided savasana, to relax and transform your lymph into a flowing, sparkling stream that cleans and drains the stagnant ponds of your body—strengthening your immune response and revitalizing your whole being along the way during the colder months of the year.

This class is done primarily on the floor (can be in a chair) with support of props. This class is not heated and is appropriate for everybody.
