Relax and renew with a blissful 90-minute Gong Yoga Workshop that includes yin yoga, light pranayama (breath work) and a 31-minute Gong Meditation all designed to leave you feeling tuned, refreshed and connected to your heart. This workshop is designed to promote physical and emotional well-being and you will receive a very special crystal gift to take home with you.
What to Expect:
We’ll start with a brief discussion on the healing attributes of Planet Gongs, and then we’ll use our breath to explore heart focused breathing techniques. Later, you will be guided through several yin yoga poses that will help release any tension stored in the body. Easy and for everyone, these poses have been selected to focus on the energetic heart, anahata chakra.
During the 30-minute gong meditation at the end, you’ll be delicately bathed in the balancing and aligning frequencies of anahata chakra realignment through chimes and tuned planetary sound plates. Once in savasana, the six planet Gongs will escalate the sound and intensity, leading you on a cosmic journey through deep space.
A special crystal gift awaits you to be activated during the Gong Meditation. You’ll be invited to reach into a sachet, where a heart aligned crystal will select you as their new owner. The chakra crystal can be placed on the skin during the Gong Meditation to open and balance that energy center. The event concludes with sweets and community.
