Wah! uses tonight, meditation, dialogue and discussion to expand concepts from the book Healing: A Vibrational Exchange. The energetic components of vibrational healing (breath, light, sound, brainwaves, electro-magnetic field, imagery, meditation) are used to improve meditation, self-healing and communication.
