Summer Yoga Program.  Calling all Bulldogs!

Our seven-week program starts June 4th!

Mondays from 10:30-11:30am at Leap Yoga,

Folsom (right next to FHS).

 

Meets on the following dates:

June 4, 11, 18, 25

July 2, 9, 16

$45 for Seven Week Series of Football Specific Yoga Instruction.

Register by May 30th.

 

Bulldogs Improve your game this summer with yoga:

• Yoga is a way to improve performance and avoid injury. For any player, the elongated muscles and lactic acid release that yoga allows can be extremely beneficial.

• Yoga helps to improve mental focus, relieves chronic pain, improves balance and flexibility, and strengthens your body’s core.

 

 

About your teacher: Stacy Whittingham

“Strengthening the body is wonderful, let’s start there. But strengthening the body, mind and spirit brings healing and wholeness. In that place we can do anything.”

Stacy is a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor and leads classes, retreats and teacher trainings in the Sacramento area. Stacy has enjoyed leading Bulldog Yoga since 2014. Stacy received her training through Rusty Wells of Urban Flow Yoga in San Francisco. “My intention is for classes to feel energetic and powerful giving the physical body a chance to expand energy and become stronger. But even more importantly my hope is that they offer a sacred time for practitioners to have the opportunity to go within, find balance (pun intended) and connect with their true intentions”
