All props will be provided.Whether you are a seasoned Kaiut student or new to the practice you will LOVE this workshop.
In the Kaiut Yoga Method, the practice is structured around three major objectives:
•to regulate the nervous system,
•to promote reorganization and bio-mechanical optimization of the body and its functions,
•to lead one to a state of presence and meditation.
In effect, promoting better health and increased mobility. We will explore these concepts and the benefits of Kaiut Yoga, through extended practice, interactive educational elements, demonstrations and detailed discussion. In addition, we will delve into the use of props, specifically how they can add variety and heighten the benefits you receive from this style of yoga that has been designed to improve a student’s joint health and mobility as they work through chronic pain, injuries, general aches and/or stiffness.
Kaiut is accessible for EVERY BODY including the inflexible, hyper flexible and athletes, as well as the aging body.
