Overview:
Hinging on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra 2.46, sthira sukham asanam, this workshop is an opportunity to lean not only into your stability, intention, and strength, but also your comfort, ease, and openness. This combination of meditation, mudra, asana, nidra, and writing will invite you to explore the good space of you and bring you into a deeper relationship with your beautiful, authentic self.
Our flow is designed to help you feel yourself as a strong and beautifully open spirit. You will experience a tender Nidra practice which guides you through your inner landscape of ease and peace. You’ll reflect on your experiences with journaling prompts that encourage gratitude, awareness, creativity, and joy for your entire self.
What students will learn:
- Deepening the connection between mind, body, and spirit
- Navigating the relationship between firmness and ease
- Using powerful mudras and pranayama techniques to ground and empower you
- Discovering Inner Sanctuary through stillness and presence
- Engaging in writing as a vehicle to articulate relationship, reflection, and connection
- Practicing Yoga (Nidra & Asana) as a means to mitigate stress, anxiety, and the challenges of daily life
