Description: What does it mean to live a yogic lifestyle and what can yoga offer beyond asana (physical postures) and enhancing our physical well-being? In this series we will be exploring the wisdom of the yoga sutras by Patanjali and learning how to incorporate the principles of yoga in our day-to-day lives.
Our minds are inherently subject to fears and worries. How do we work with this as human beings to reduce suffering? What are some ways we can reduce the chaos and cultivate calm, balanced, and joyful living? Patanjali’s work offers us a path to learn how to reduce suffering, understand the mind and consciousness, and how better live in a state of equanimity, joy, and peace.
Classes will be recorded and link available for one week following the live session if you are not able to join us live.
Each week will include self study assignments and practices to integrate these valuable teachings in to daily living.
