Go Deep: Meditation, Pranayama & Wisdom

This is an opportunity for you to go beyond the asana. In this class we will meditate, breath and possibly move a bit. We will also talk about yoga philosophy and how you can bring this powerful practice into your daily life. This is for the brand new student and experienced practitioner – growing together in an environment of support and love.
