Join Gena as we share ceremony and flow under the Full Moon, celebrating the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. A potent time of getting clear on our intentions, amplifying our vibration and throwing into the fire that which no longer aligns with our highest purpose – take time to turn in and recommit to yourself.
This class will focus on creating cooling, continuous movement with our bodies. For those of you that have never experienced a Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation) type practice or are new to yoga, I encourage you to come and experience the wisdom of this slower practice. Come with an open mind and full heart as we plant ritualistic seeds of grounding and intention and powerful manifestation.
