Join us for a soul-nourishing Sunday at Leap Yoga Folsom for our Igniting Inner Light workshop, a special event in our regular Sunday Sangha series. This gathering is a time to come together as a community, recharge, and deepen our connection with ourselves and each other.
The colder months can sometimes feel heavy, making it harder to stay energized or motivated. Stay grounded, focused, and connected to your deeper self by engaging in practices that activate your inner energy. This will allow you to create a steady source of warmth and light that guides you through even the darkest of times.

EXPERIENCE
In this workshop, we will guide you through a soothing Yin Yoga practice designed to activate and open the Ajna chakra, also known as the Third Eye chakra. This energy center is deeply connected to intuition, clarity, and inner wisdom. The Yin postures, held for extended periods, allow us to gently unlock blockages and cultivate stillness, inviting the awareness and presence needed to ignite the inner light that resides within each of us. Alongside the Yin practice, we will integrate the healing vibrations of sound therapy to enhance the activation of the Ajna chakra. The therapeutic sounds will resonate deeply within, helping to clear mental fog, release tension, and promote an overall sense of balance and alignment.
After the practice, we will come together for nourishing food and conversation. This is a time to relax, refuel, and connect with the wonderful community of like-minded individuals who share the journey of self-discovery and growth.
