Yoga for Cyclists
Come learn the secrets to incorporating yoga into your cycling lifestyle to maximize the benefits of both!
Students will listen to an opening talk about the two disciplines with the opportunity to note take. Next we will practice cycling specific yoga designed to help with recovery. Closing will be some time for questions and answers to leave students feeling educated and empowered.
Learning tools will include muscle balance, yearly adjustments (in season vs off season), mentality, switching off competitive nature, and core routines that won’t fatigue the athlete!
