Begin or deepen your meditation journey with this one hour experience. Meditation is like a mini vacation for an overactive mind. In this class you will be given some guidance and then join in experimenting with several short periods of relaxation and mindfulness. The session will be punctuated by the beautiful tones of the Tibetan Bowls.
Meditation practice helps with so many aspects of wellness. It can improve sleep, memory, our ability to focus, and our capacity for compassion. It can help reduce anxiety, blood pressure, symptoms of depression. It can also lead to better emotional regulation and ability to adapt.
All are welcome and this session will be very friendly to absolute beginners.
