We have all heard the quote “Your body is a temple” and we agree .This week will be a journey of feeding and honoring your body to gain more access to the wisdom that lies within.
This week is an opportunity to reset your body’s internal and metabolic balance. By eliminating solid foods and using primarily veggie dense juices for nourishment, you are allowing your physical body to kickstart its process of replenishment with dense vital nutrients, while beginning a detoxification process that comes with shifting into a pallette of clean, pure foods. In addition to the physiological benefits, it is also receive a great opportunity to gain insight and create space (figuratively and literally) in the body to recognize where a lifestyle shift around eating and self nourishment can be made. The yoga and workshops will focus on being present to the messages our body is giving us. If we are present we can tap into the wisdom that lies within so that we can fuel our body with foods that enrich our mind, body and spirit.
You will receive 5 juices and a Nut Milk Blend Each Day:
Juice 1: Go Green
Juice 2: Mean Lemonade
Juice 3: Beta Master
Juice 4: Queen Beet
Juice 5: Green Garden
Nutmilk: Almond milk, Dates, Raw Cashews, Ground Flax, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
